Refunds

Avro LLC refunds an AvroGrow subscription charge only under the rule below. Questions go to support@avroapps.com.

A refund is available only when the account has used nothing in that paid period: no report generated, no scan run, and $0 of metered API usage.

If any report was generated or any scan was run, that period is not refunded. Unused report credits do not create a refund.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access continues until then. Ending the subscription does not refund the period unless the zero-use rule above applies.

Introductory prices and loyalty discounts lower a charge. They do not create a right to a refund of an amount already paid.
